Our Tooling Service

To manufacture your tools we have the choice of using our fully equipped in-house tool room or one of our tool making partners.  In either case, Replas would be your point of contact and fully responsible for all aspects of the project.

If you are new to injection moulding and have no experience of tool making, we would be happy to explain the different options available to you to ensure that your product meets your specification within budget.

Tool Design for Injection Moulding

We have a dedicated team, experienced in tool making and moulding, which provides us with the knowledge to ensure your product is designed correctly.  As we will be moulding from the tools produced by us, you can be assured that your tools will be optimised for manufacture.

Maintaining your Tooling

Our in-house tool room provides essential support to ensure the smooth running of our moulding operation and is on hand to carry out any repairs or alterations to minimise any disruption to production schedules.
