Replas Machinery is a family owned and managed company, established in 1981.  We are based in Hertford in the South East of England providing a comprehensive injection moulding service to a wide range of industries.

The company was originally founded by Derek Cannell and Mike Brittain to re-build and sell Austin Allen pneumatic moulding machines - RE-built PLAS-tic moulding machines, hence the name REPLAS Machinery.  Alongside this, we began to offer an injection moulding service and soon advanced to using Hydraulic Arburg machines due to their split line capability.  The business continued to grow and acquire new clients from a variety of industries and worldwide locations.  Today, we no longer offer the re-build service but the expertise gained has enabled us to become experts in the service and maintenance of our machines to ensure we can provide a reliable injection moulding service.

Derek's sons, Paul & Richard, have joined the business and in 2013 we moved to our current premises, a 6,000 sq ft factory which we have fully equipped with all the services required for injection moulding – including a 350kVA electricity supply.  We have 16 moulding machines (15 Arburgs and 1 Sandretto) from 25 to 380 Tonnes locking pressure.

We currently export to customers in the EU, Norway and China, supplying and supporting a wide range of businesses from small local companies to multinational organisations.
