The capacity to deliver

To provide our core service of Plastic Injection Moulding, Replas has 16 machines from 25 to 380 tonnes locking pressure, enabling us to produce components up to 1.1kg.

We operate a flexible production schedule, which provides us with the capacity to always meet our customers’ deadlines.  We liaise closely with our customers to ensure their expectations are met and we can ensure we will respond to any communication promptly and effectively.

We have in an in house tool room to support the moulding operation should urgent repairs or modifications be required, minimising disruption to production schedules.

We offer a number of additional services including:

• assembly
• packaging
• ultrasonic welding
• leak detection testing.

Most of all we have a dedicated team of individuals with a wealth of experience in the injection moulding industry.
