Wide Range of Injection Moulding Machines

Replas has an impressive range of plastic injection moulding machines from 25 to 380 tonnes, allowing us to produce products up to 1.1kg.

We use the versatile Arburg injection moulding machine, with the facility of horizontal & vertical split line injection moulding. 

Low, Medium and High Production Runs

We are capable of low volume production runs, often from prototype or semi-automatic tooling, and also have the necessary ancillary equipment to meet the demands of medium to high volume moulding.

Insert Moulding and Overmoulding

We have extensive experience of insert moulding and overmoulding, which are excellent methods of achieving complex parts with significantly reduced tooling cost.

Moulding an Extensive Range of Polymers

We process many different polymers from general purpose LD’s PP’s etc through to more technical materials such as PS, TPE’s and TPU’s.  We mould for several clients using 100% recycled polymers and re-grind and re-use our waste wherever practical.
